Cagliari Airport Train

From Cagliari Airport it is possible to transfer to downtown by train.

You just need to board the Deciomannu train line. The trip to Cagliari won’t take more than 5-7 minutes.

Stops: Elmas Aeroporto – Cagliari S. Gilla – Cagliari

Cagliari Railway Station is located in Via Roma, close to Marina sector and to the old town, where some interesting spots such as the Chuch of Saint Maria Assunta and Saint Cecilia are located.

Schedule

Trains run from 5:30am to11:00pm, every 20 minutes.

Location

Elmas Airport Railway Station (Elmas Aeroporto) is located in the underground level of the terminal.

You can access there by the lifts and escalators available in the ground level.

Single ticket fare is € 1.30.

Tickets are sold at the Trenitalia vending machines available in the ground level and also in the train station or online.
